How does Fortress work?
Once your project is set up, a dedicated field agent visits your construction site and records progress through checklists, photos, and reports. Everything is uploaded to your portal so you can review verified updates remotely, without being on-site.
What are the service plans?
Fortress offers three levels of service:
- Essential — on-demand, focused checks for when you need a one-off verification.
- Premium — monitoring of specific project phases or activities you select.
- Elite — full-lifecycle monitoring from groundbreaking to handover, with a dedicated senior project manager.
How is pricing determined?
Pricing is tailored to each project and site. After you choose a plan and submit a quote request, our team reviews the details and gets back to you with a custom quote — typically within 24 hours.
How do I subscribe or upgrade my plan?
Open the app, select the plan that fits your project, and submit a quote request. Our team will confirm the details and activate your subscription. You can request a different plan at any time by contacting us.
Who verifies the site reports?
Every report is completed by a Fortress field agent who visits your site in person. Reports are reviewed before they’re shared with you, so you can rely on what you see in your portal.
How do I delete my account?
You can request account deletion from within the app, or by visiting our account deletion page. You can also email us and we’ll handle it for you.
